Vintage Flair

Designed by the famous architect Giovanni Battista Ceas using a series of terraces in order to emphasize endless panoramic views, the villa has been meticulously restored yet retains its original 1950s flair. Awash in light, the interiors have colorful traditional Vietrese majolica decorations and ceramic sculptures - including a stylized sun panel with ironically whimsical interpretations of the zodiac signs and constellations and the impressive fireplace sculpted with fantastic marine-inspired motifs - created by the former owner, artist Mario Cussino, who oversaw the restoration and expansion of the villa after World War II.

In addition to the main villa, the property includes an annex with two additional bedroom suites with two bathrooms. The annex has an independent entrance and can be rented together with the main villa, if desired.

Dreamy Interiors

The entrance to the villa, which also includes private parking, is accessed through a beautiful long pergola-covered avenue with climbing plants that leads to the spacious living rooms. The lounges are divided into various areas: a reading lounge, an antique fireplace lounge, a dining room, and a lounge with a second fireplace. All the living rooms have picture windows overlooking the two outdoor patios and the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius. The sleeping area is located on the upper floor of the main body of the villa and includes three double bedrooms with two bathrooms and a huge terrace. On the ground floor, adjacent to the service area, there is the staff bedroom with two beds and respective bathroom.

The villa features an extremely spacious kitchen equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, oven, washing machine, and everything else you might need to prepare fantastic meals.

It will be a real joy to have relax over breakfast, lunch, and dinner under the splendid colonnade while enjoying a breathtaking view of the garden and Marina Grande.
